Goodbye to alcohol & gluttony, hello to exercise & more water (sparkling & preferably served in a wine glass). If I could do it last year, of course I can do it again this year. Granted I did not have a full-time stress-inducing teaching job last year. But I also wasn’t engaged & trying to look good in a wedding dress (not to mention bikini for Costa Rica) either.
